We accept all major credit cards and payment through PayPal. Please message us if you require any additional forms of payment not listed above.
We have no access whatsoever to your payment information, as it is processed through secure servers, where the information is encrypted.
Every single piece is handcrafted with care. Thus to this detailed process, we require 2-7 business days, after clear payment, to prepare your order before shipping. We are shipping your orders from Cyprus, a country in the Eastern Mediterranean (Europe).The standard shipping method is A’ Priority Registered Air Mail with tracking number through the Cyprus Post.

ACTINA wants you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, you may return your purchase for a full refund of the purchase price. We will gladly accept unworn merchandise in its original condition within 14 days of receipt. Shipping and handling cost though are not covered. Credit for your returned item will be refunded back to your account in the same form of payment in which it was received. The credit should appear on your next statement. At the end of the process you will receive an email confirming the completion of procedure.
In the case that you receive an incorrect item or the item was damaged upon arrival it will be repaired or replaced at no cost. We will like you to send us an email providing us with a short description and some photos of the incorrect/damaged item in order to confirm the incident. Claims must be made within 7 days of receipt.
In the case of jewelry being damaged over time, we offer repairs for a fee. To request repairs, please contact us at email@example.com.
Ring sizing can be tricky, that’s why we strongly encourage you to measure your ring size at two local jewelers before placing your order. Please have in mind that ring sizes differ from country to country, so please use an online converter in order to provide us with a number applied to the European ring sizing system. In case your ACTINA ring doesn’t fit we take no responsibility.
Although ACTINA jewelry were designed and manufactured to the highest quality standards, please note that many items are delicate and require gentle handling. Proper care and maintenance will preserve the quality and shine of your pieces.
We use the best quality of silver available, which is sterling (925). Even though, exposure to air (oxygen) and dust may cause your pieces to tarnish. That is why we encourage you to always store your jewelry in the box provided or in any closed box. Never store jewelry in open humid places. ACTINA sterling silver pieces can be worn every day. In any case, if your jewelry gets tarnished, there are a number of non-abrasive polishes on the market specifically designed to easily remove tarnish.
Gold Plated Sterling Silver:
Gold plating is an overlay of gold on sterling silver. The gold plating is extra sensitive and needs care. In order to avoid scratching and fading, you need to polish your jewelry only with a dry and soft clean cloth. Do not use a silver polishing cloth as it will remove the 14kt overlay from the silver. Excessive cleaning will ruin the surface of the jewelry. If in any case your jewelry loses its gold shine, contact us or any other local jeweler.

If you include an image and description of the item to be repaired in your email we may be able to assess the repair charge and estimated time before you send it in. ACTINA is not responsible for shipping and handling charges. Items must be shipped via an insured delivery provider.
