Workshop Gift Cards — Terms & Conditions
Workshop Gift Cards can be used exclusively to book a workshop offered by Actina Jewelry and are valid for 3 months from the date of purchase. If you are unable to use your Gift Card within this period, you may request an extension by emailing info@actinajewelry.com before the expiry date; extensions are granted at our discretion and depend on workshop availability. Gift Cards are non-refundable, cannot be exchanged for cash or store credit, and do not guarantee workshop availability, so early booking is recommended. Gift Cards must be presented (digitally or physically) at the time of booking or payment.Cancellations & Rescheduling
You may cancel or reschedule your workshop booking up to 7 days before the workshop date and receive a full refund via the original method of payment. To transfer your booking to another date, please contact us at info@actinajewelry.com. If you are feeling unwell on the day of the workshop, we ask that you do not attend for your own comfort and others’ well-being. In this case, please contact us via email before the class begins to arrange a transfer to a future date. This exception applies only to health-related issues and may require scheduling based on availability. Cancellations requested after the workshop has started will not be considered.Workshop Changes & Minimum Attendance
Workshops require a minimum number of attendees. If insufficient bookings are received, Actina Jewelry reserves the right to reschedule the workshop. If a workshop is cancelled or postponed due to circumstances for which we are responsible, we will make every reasonable effort to reschedule to a date that suits the majority of attendees.Participant Requirements
All participants must be 18+. Workshops are not suitable for children.Finished Ring Weight & Material Costs
The workshop price includes a silver ring design up to 1g in wax weight, which corresponds to a standard silver ring weight after casting. Designs that exceed this weight will incur a small additional charge to cover the extra silver used. This helps keep the workshop sustainable given current silver market costs.Extra Services (Optional)
Extra services such as yellow gold plating (€10) and engraving (€10) are available upon request and can be paid for at the end of the class.Health & Safety / Liability
Workshops involve hand tools and materials that may cause injury if not used properly. By attending, you agree to follow safety instructions and accept all risks. Actina Jewelry is not liable for any injuries, losses, or damage.
